i already uninstalled the game 3 times,
and i still got this message."Failed To Download Version.ini"

p.s : i have the last Clint.

Same for me. Same error, same client. Where's the fix?

The fix to this was to put the right version info in the version folder in the crossfire folder, but in a particular way - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o2GCD13O5OM

thing is, someone has to post the most recent version in this thread so we can get the fix.

my fix

i fixed mines. What i did was, i restarted my computer went into program files to find the z8 crossfire folder and then i just deleted my "version" file. Then i allowed it to bypass my firewall. One of those is the fix. Don't know which one, just do them all i guess. Then start up the client.

still not working same message

Okey. i done fixed this problem"Failed To Download Version.ini"
Now i have another problem "Failed To Download Patch-List Failes"

p.s : i cant find any post for this problem in the forum

Re-install cf. Should work.
Remember to delete z8 folder

How To Fix "Failed To Download Version.ini" ?

1- Go To(إفتح) Control Panel --> Windows Firewall
"Chose" Allow a program or feature through windows firewall. "إختار"
2- Press On "Change Settings" دوس علي كلمة
-Remove the mark beside CF or CrossFire. Press Ok. شيل علامة صح من جنب كلمة
