Actually I'm not too sure, but D3ad3ye wanted it and it sounds like something to make the game not be so dam ping reliant. Gameplay would be so much better.

That is a lie. If you played cf japan you would know that the firing rate is greatly improved with not too much recoil. I've played in a zombie mode before someone who had that emptied half a clip on me (5shots I think) and killed me even thoug I was the host infection.
