Bought 30 Slaughter ticket C did not get them

So i bought 70k zp today and went to buy 30 slaughter ticket c, so i went into a zombie match and notice that i did not have the slughter ticket overlay so i left and went to storage to see my slaughter ticket c just to notice that there where none there.
do someone know witch kind of support i should contact about this problem cause i have no clue ?

Please check : Storage » Zombie items only !
then by click on them you can make them work Have fun!

i left and went to storage to see my slaughter ticket c just to notice that there where none there read befor answer plz

Slaughter tickets in : Storage » Zombie item Part !!!
Say this window is your storage : Weapons - Char - Items - Zombie items- etc ..

Im not stupid i already check STORAGE > ZOMBIE MODE ONLY > ALL and SLAUGTER TICKET they are not there

i cant have spend them i did not have a slaughter ticket overlay then i joined the zombie match so i left and did not kill any zombies they cant be used if i dont kill zombies

No . you are wrong
If you joined Any ZM map and left , Then you will recieve the winning items
Can you check you storage (weapons) ? maybe you got the winning items of slaughter tickets

if i would then i would have got a popup with the list of the weapons then i left

make a support ticket and choose billing/purchases.
