I don't know how rainy it is in Canada.. you might be better off travelling to a more humid region.. NW Brazil (Amazon), French Polynesia, Cameroon, tropical regions like that.

I live in Finland, mainly you see em at lapland at winter. Rarely where i live ;__;

Finland ? idk what s the main language there

We speak finnish/swedish/english and some randoms which i dont speak lol ( multi language place )

Some people speak only 1 language ( finnish ) others MAY speak finnish+english+swedish, not everyone. And yeah, some guys speans arabic. For me, swedish is hard

Come to New England- plenty of rainbows (double ones too). I've seen one triple rainbow in my life so far- it was pretty incredible. I've also seen a round rainbow- if you're interested I can tell you how and where to find one.
