Trust me. I have been talking to them as much as possible to see if they can get money out fast. I can't control the speed, but I can be sure that I have been constantly telling them to speed it up. So the fact you say "do your job" actually makes no sense when in fact I had my job done. Its BEEN Done. I submit the winners list (Which pathos is on and its been done for quite a while) And yes I do try to fix it, but at the end of the day its not MY money nor do I get it to send to winners otherwise it would be out by now. However, complaining to me constantly won't speed it up because I ALREADY TELL THEM TO HURRY UP, WHETHER OR NOT THEY DO IS ON THEM. Sorry for the delays.
As a note. You of ALL people shouldnt be rude to me when Mykl stole your money I gave you some of my own personal money WHICH I DID NOT HAVE TO DO.
And when people from Pathos message you about the situation you ignore them?

You ensured me that it wouldn't happened yet it did. You still have yet to take responsibility in that. Anyone could steal money from ESL and NOTHING would happen to them. Have you banned mykl from ESL yet for what he did? Uh, no? How long ago did he take that money from me? Your reasoning for you not banning him was, "oh he quit the game it doesn't matter" yet he continuously played in ESL cups, not to mention CFS which was partially ran by ESL, was it not?
It's been 5 months and a team hasn't got their money yet, and I honestly doubt you've put in any effort to see why it hasn't, maybe a word or two.
Why wouldn't I be rude to you. You try and bend rules when it comes down to disputes, and you administrate a terrible league doing it half-ass.
But I guess it's OKAY since it's the only thing this game has right now.

I mean feel free to be upset at me, but as I said I have done what I can to push your money as fast as possible. If the money were sent to me things like this wouldn't happen, but unfortunately that control lies in somebody elses hands. I already apologized for the money mykl never gave you, but as I said before I tried to have our policy on handing out prizes changed but was shot down many times and told "If the team leader doesn't give everyone their fair share its not our fault" And it was upsetting, but ive said it time and time I PERSONALLY CANNOT CHANGE ESLs POLICIES (Even though I would like to and have tried)
As for me "bending" the rules. That is simply not true. In each situation I try to be as fair as I can with and if I am not sure I ask my bosses in ESL to make the call to ensure in situations where a call is shady or iffy I am making the right decision. All in all you may feel free to be upset with me as some people just are. I took the heat when I took this job. I have to deal with all the complaints and yet some things I cannot fix. I apologized multiple times for the situation with your money and went out of my way to try and get it for you. I was unable to help due to ESL policies and they did not want to change them.
So as for anyone who is mad about not getting money on time I can say this:
1 - I know its a problem. I address it to Accounting / ESL staff weekly to try and push things along as best as I can.
2 - I Cannot ban "mykl" even though I would like to. Stealing money is childish, but according my direct boss I can't ban him for what he did.(Nor prove it was stolen) I really did try to go out of my way to help you whether you will recognize it or not, its whatever at this point @ Anthony.
3 - As I have said on NUMEROUS occasions. No league is perfect, and I understand ESL may not put enough focus into Crossfire, but at the end of the day I do the best I can with what resources I have. So you may see me as a "Bad" guy because you only see what I can do. As I've said and will say again. I cannot do it my way as ESL is not MY company. I do what my bosses want and work within guidelines I am given.
4 - The reason you shouldn't be rude to me is because it accomplishes nothing. I work very hard to ensure that CF is represented as good as it can be for ESL. I know they have policies that need changed, but the best way to help me get those changed is through respect, and working together to make the league better, rather than bash something because its not what you perfectly pictured it to be.
Sorry if the leagues not perfect for you. It is still the best paying league CF has had to date, and I stepped in and volunteered on a project not many people wanted to work with. At the end of the day I understand you are upset about some thing and I tried to help as I could. For the future I would suggest not making a thread out of anger rather than using a more respectful approach to resolve your issues.

It's hard not to take your league as a joke when people can steal your money and nothing happen to them. Pretty sure mykl told you himself he was paying everyone except for me. On top of that you promised me things would happen that didn't. I'm being rude to you as a person, because you lied and went back on your word on multiple things.
It is flat out ridiculous that someone can steal money and absolutely nothing be done about it. If you can't convince your boss or whatever to change some policies for the better, than you're obviously taken as a joke in ESL, probably just as much as crossfire.
Oh and we have tried contacting you about the Pathos money multiple times and you ignored people, that is why I made this thread in the first place but it kind of escalated. -

WTH is your problem?
There are higher people up in ESL that can get things rolling faster than he can. Both he and I know that. Michal isn't in charge of finance but him being in a higher position can help get things running like they should.
Besides I thought ESL moved all of the NESL financing over already to the LA HQ. If so why are things still moving like this? -

I was told that is ESL's Policy that they only give it to 1 "Team Leader" for team prizes. They told me "People are responsible for trusting their team leader and our agreeing to trust them when they join that persons team". While yes I agree it is a bad policy I have tried to change it many times and been shot down. YES they take me seriously anthony. They just don't like to change their Policies in general. If you guys can get a large number of people to help back me on this I will try ONCE AGAIN to get it changed but its going to make more than just a few of us voicing our opinion. Once again anthony I apologize for the millionth time, I was misinformed that we could protect your money, but sadly our policies put the trust all into team leaders hands. If you want to help, get a group of people more than just a few express that they want ESL to change in some written form, and I will send it up the ladder to hopefully have greater impact. -
