Restricted Account By Admin

I open my account in game when it says permanently blocked , at site it says Restricted Account By Admin ..

I sent a support ticket , they told me to resend again .. and didn't answer me yet
I know forum won't help me for my issue ..
I just want to know ! why ? why my account Restricted/Blocked ? why ?

I'm a Marshall Rank
I never played with hack
I don't use bots
I don't insult
I have Honorable Soldier Ribbon
I don't do anything illegal

I'm totally legit player , why this happening with me ?

Even if my account back again , i still want to know what is the reason or i won't play CF again , my old Marshall account got banned too when windows XP has expired , i got permanently banned on it too , while 'im sure 100% my PC was totally clean , i didn't use hack or bots .. but they didn't believe me ! i said it's o.k i can make a new start , and i did an new clean start with a clean account .. and now what ? banned again without reason !

I have always been afraid from this .. and my fears comes true now !

So , for every GM and MOD and Player .. i want an answer !!! why i got Restricted /Banned .. this is a serious issue needs an answer from a GM , why the banned while you legit player , and the real hackers are free !!

Well, as you said you know, the forum can't help you.

You'll have to wait for a ticket response, account issues are rarely resolved on the forum.

If you always played clean, you would not have been banned from using Windows XP. If the XP thing was the only thing on your account, it wouldn't be permanently banned.

^Quoted for truth. Please wait for your ticket to be answered.

Forumers cannot help you, MODs cannot help you.

And we GMs, for privacy reasons, do not generally answer this type of thing on a public forum.
