Most likely Messi.
1)He's going to be playing APOEL.
2)He plays Tuesday and CR7 will be playing Wednesday, so the only way CR7 can have a chance at breaking the record would be for Messi to not score at all on Tuesday.
That being said, I prefer CR7 > Messi. I can't say who's better, but CR7 is just like, the perfect athlete. While Messi has unbelievable talent. -

In all honesty, even though Messi hasn't been playing the way I wanted him to this season, he should have no problem scoring next match. I feel as if with the arrival of Neymar, Messi is trying to be more of a playmaker that revolves around Neymar instead of being the centre of the attack. Also, his confidence doesn't seem to be at its peak;missing his penalties, and that easy tap-in against Madrid. Hopefully if Suarez, Neymar and Messi can build more chemistry throughout this season, they'll dominate CL. Ronaldo against Liverpool was a completely different story though LOL -

Can't really compare messi and ronaldo considering they have different styles of play, the debate in itself is stupid. It was basically against their b team as well and they only won 1-0 at the bernabeu, I think they held back though because realistically if it was their a team I think between ronaldo, bale and rodriguez they would have gotten absolutely fisted -
