Forgot your Z8Games ID / Password broken

So me and my little brother was going to start playing again and as always my little brother had forgot his login username and went to the site to use the "Forgot your Z8Games ID / Password" but it does only send a password reset i tryed it to and got the same. was going to send a support ticket about it but it keept telling me that i had to login first but i was already inlogged so how do he get his login id?
