Maintenance Notice - November 5th

Attention Mercenaries,

We will be holding our regularly scheduled maintenance on November 5th to bring in this weeks content. The detail of the maintenance can be found below:

Maintenance Start: November 5th, 2014 @ 11:00 PM EDT
Maintenance End: November 6th, 2014 @ 3:00 AM EDT

This will be be your last chance to acquire one of the Halloween themed weapons from the New Halloween, Resurrected Rifle, Ghoulish Gun, or Monster Mash Melee Crates.

We would ask that you please log off of the game, at least 5 minutes before the maintenance, to avoid any potential issues occurring with your account.

As always these times are estimates and may be subject to change. We will update this announcement if these times do change, so stay tuned here.

We are also aware of the current issues with the Ticket Support system, and the errors experienced when trying to submit a new ticket. Please note that we are working on it, and we expect it to be resolved within the next few hours. During this time, you will experience periods where you cannot submit a ticket and other periods where you will be able to submit one.

Please also note that our GMs do monitor the Technical Support forum, so if there is anything urgent, we should hopefully be able to find it.

Unfortunately, our patch process does not allow us to open different servers at different times. We will try to make it as quick as possible, but we are also going to be patching updates to some of the anti-hack tools that we currently use. As such, it will require a bit of testing.

I Really wish that they would do something about these noob hackers as I just tried to do my daily mission and had at least 2 hacks on each team. They had the spawn hack and the shotgun shoot through walls hack this crap is getting old.

This is bull isht... 2 weeks and you remove the crates... like wtf?!... only got the at15 and new shovel... still want the old shovel and the ksg.... got 50 crates left for the old shovel and 10 for the new guns... should be up for another 2 weeks...
Wife didn't win anything at all, she is very ****ed and even more so due to the crates being removed... why do you guys always screw us...

CF EU is sooooo much better with BM even if you got only 2weeks it's so much easier to win... got the m4a1-s-halloween with 10 crates and the ksg in 34... only problem is ping...

I hope you're also trying to fix the hackers, they're still so strong and consistant,
i find hackers to be such a massive issue because not only are they breaking the rules and not only that there's so many of them it's hard to know if some people are legitimate,

i mean legitimate players get questioned because EVERYONE is paranoid because hackers are so common.
