When i start Crossfire and write my Id and Password it says: ''Your account has been permanently blocked.'' but i can log in at crossfire.z8games.com
I never used hack, glitch etc.. I have the Honorable Ribbon, but it says permanently blocked. What is the reason that my account is blocked?
Yes I know. But i didnt use a Hack and i didnt use a glitch or something in public. I just dont understand the bann.. and its permanent..

Send a ticket, that is the only way to know why and how you got banned and the only way you're going to get unbanned if you didn't do nothing. Chargebacks last time i got one also will ban you until you pay it off.

Same here, since yesterday a "permanent block".

No 3rd Party program, logged in a day before also, playing since years.

TICKET SYSTEM IS DOWN, support site is bugging around.

Also I don't want to loose my ribbon for such a audaciousness.

Even though this is frustrating, we really do appreciate you being patient and waiting for an answer to your support ticket.

Generally we do not give answers to account issues on the forums.

If support says its a temporary ban, its temporary but might very well be displayed as a permanent.



Wait whatever duration an insult-ban gets you - 3-7 days if it's your first time, then play again.

It is saying that temporary bans are permanent bans, and it is a display bug.

If support tells you that it is a temporary ban, it is a temporary ban.
