Support Tickets
I respect you GMs dearly, but this is something I don't understand, at all.
I sent a support ticket a week ago stating my ign change and which IGN that i would like.. But no response yet.
YET my friend that sent a support ticket on Thursday, got answered on Monday. (Yesterday)
He sent a support ticket just like I did, for an IGN. and he got it before i did.
I understand that there's a line, but what I don't understand is THIS.
I sent a support ticket from the account "Fatherless" or karenwayne < as support name.
I changed my name from [HS]-Bread to Celtic*614* and sent a support ticket for the IGN.
Then after I changed my name to "Fatherless" for the laughs.
But I'd love to know why this is happening.
Or if you could just answer my ticket , please?
Literally takes like 10 minutes i'm guessing.. thanks.

If your ticket was sent using the account you specified, you were given an answer. -

Unfortunately no, we can't tell you through here.
We apologize for the issues with the ticket system currently, but please check your answer when the system is once again running normally.
