Permanent Bann for nothing ?

I played Cf,then i logged out. 2 hours later i wanted to play again and I got a perma bann. I didnt use a hack or something. Why the hell did I get blocked ? anybody now this issue ?

Theres always reason for ban, send support ticket and ask reason for ban.

Yes I know. But i didnt use a Hack and i didnt use a glitch or something in public. I just dont understand the bann.. and its permanent..

maybe it's for insulting or another reason.
Send a support ticket. They will tell you why you are banned.

A permanent bank for insulting ? That would be bad.. if you hack,you get a 3 day bann and for insulting a perma bann ? Seems legit..

I just want to clarify here that 3-day bans only apply to the xtrap ban trend. You're banned temporarily if you are caught by auto-detection. Eventually you will be permanently banned after several violations.

However, players reported and confirmed to cheating by the Z8Games support center will receive permanent bans. Of course, there are also other reasons in which you can get banned for. They "let you go" on less severe policy (ToS, which you agreed to when you created your account) violations. I guess only you would know what you did... but that doesn't seem to be the case, does it?

There's always a right and a wrong to something. If you think you were banned for no particular reason, submit a support ticket from an alt. The one you're on would be fine. I'm just going to tell you here that 99% of the time, they have a reason for your ban. It's not a joke-type of thing where they ban you for fun or something, no that does not happen.

5 min ban = Bad connection with server client
2 hour ban = Unexpected quantity and strangely performed killstyles, partically weapons killing through hard wall, ultra rapid fire of weapons.
3 day ban = Auto banned for illegal program/process being runned on your computer, or manually caught by GMs.

GM bans for cheating are ALWAYS permanent.



OP might be getting a "permanent" message even though the ban isn't permanent, OP should submit a ticket at http://support.z8games.com and ask about it.
