hard time trying to buy

i know i have well enough money in my bank account to buy a couple vip items, but when i go to get 100000 zp points it says error cant prosses, so i tried the rest of the options (50,000, 20,000, and 10,000) even then i tried using paypal and that didnt work. is there an update or is the payment system down, or is there somthing i need to do to buy zp points. any help would be awsome.
