Failed to connect server : W[2003] L[0]

Hello Comunity. I wanted to play CF again, but the HGW doesn't load.

I have tried several things:

- Restarted the Router
- Re-Installed Crossfire and deleted the whole Crossfire-folder
- Changed IP-Adress and Proxy-Settings.

I think, i can't connect to any Server because i can't connect to:

- TeamSpeak3 anymore
- Clash of Clans (while i'm connected to W-Lan)

What could be the Problem?

EDIT: Anti Virus is off. Firewall is off: It doesn't work.

Check your Anti-Virus and Windos Firewall !
