5 fans plus liquid cooling seems like over-doing it, but yeah it's good. :>

I'm hesitant about the fans because I use 3 in a similar rig, without water cooling, and the HPE in particular makes quite a bit of noise.
He won't have to move that much air around, the three quiet-editions should suffice.
But it's no money so whatever.

I have 4 140mm fans and a 200mm side fan, it's not loud at all.
