cuz a kid can consume a gun and choke on it, one is legal for adults, the other is illegal for kids and as a result it is banned because you can't put an age restriction on the purchasing of chocolates..

I guess it's only amusing to people who live in countries where there isn't a single civilian with a legal automatic weapon.

(We trust our five year olds with toys, even when embedded in chocolate though!)

Kinder eggs are illegal in America? I have no clue how they could choke on the toy inside as the egg inside is virtually impossible to open anyway.

Real question is how many kids have died by choking on chocolate in comparison to just the toys from Kinder eggs.

for one, it's very rare to find a civilian in the U.S. with an automatic weapon, they are very difficult to get and takes about a year and a thorough background check, it's also very expensive, most full auto firearms start at 10,000, it's virtually impossible for your average person to get one.

The main reason why Kinder eggs are banned is to prevent drug trafficking.

My opinion on guns is that they're a political stunt to appease to the mass population. Imagine what would happen if the US came out with a new law to ban all firearms. The US government would get quite a bit of backlash from the public... And that wouldn't work too well for whoever's running in office.

EDIT: It's like me giving you candy and then taking it away moments later because it's apparently bad for you

You know what else is ironic?

People use those weapons to kill people, but also save people.

But i agree. Who the hell needs a full auto gun in their home? A pistol/shotgun/rifle would work just fine.....
