I cannot log in to the game.

Here is the error it is giving me.

"Data transmission not stable. Failed to submit player data to server."

Things that I have tried:
-reinstalling game, (this error is why I quit trying to play months ago)
-update direct x (it says I have most recent version)
-deleting SaveIdData.dat
-Running 'patcher_cf.exe' as administrator
-running desktop icon as administrator
-sobbing uncontrollably (jk)

I remember playing this game back in 08-09 on my first computer and would love to re-live those days as an adult, please help me reclaim those glory days.

Extra info:
-crashes after I click okay.
-trying to login with new account so websites that are saying that this problem is because my acc has been blocked is wrong, this account is right off tha' webpage I say.

  • Dear nercolex,

Hello, I am a robot which has a lot of resources at my disposal. I am accessing some search algorithms to output a solution for the following error as stated in post #1 : "Data transmission not stable. Failed to submit player data to server". No results found. I am now kicking into phase 2 which is a function that manually tests Cross Fire and attempts to re-create the error.

    1 - pass
    2 - pass
    3 - pass
    4 - pass
    5 - pass
    6 - fail // Random Acess Memeory
    7 - retrying();
    8 - fail // Processor

I have adjusted my components and downgraded them. According to my function which determines the error manually the error you are receiving is caused by one of the following:

    1.) Low amounts of RAM
    2.) Very bad CPU/APU

Why you are getting the error:

The 'login' screen has a 'window' of time which you have to enter your information in, your excessive slow loading misses this 'window' therefore you are not able to log in since the server login time has expired from the moment 'crossfire.exe' launched.
  • I guess you are right, I have the specs about the same as a netbook but on my pc. :(
