I can't join in a server please help!

I am logging in to the game and I choose a random server. The box "Connecting to the server" but it stucks on step 4 for 5 minutes and shows disconnected from server. I got 30mbps internet speed ethernet connected. I can't log in please help me as soon as possible. Thank You

i have the same issue and it banns me. i have like 4 accs now banned. im about to stop playing competitive and quit the game. no point if cf cant support me.
