Can't get back my old ign "elle" & insult in-game

there is some problem with my account
i have change my in-game name to "deepLove" and my real ign' is " elle "
Thursday i have buy a " Change in game name " and this is what happened :

Secondly,

Since people know im a girl, people start to 'Spam/insult' me
I decide to screen those 'kids' , because that p*** me off.

Here the first person who start to insult and say creepy things about me :

Your best bet is to submit a Support Ticket for both.


One for your change name, and the other reporting the person you feel who is harrasing you =]

I'm sure the Support Team will handle it, =]

They will answer the ticket in the support system, not on the forum or through email.


Insults can be reported through the Complaints category in the support system, or just block their chat.

If your ticket was sent with the account that this post was made from, it was answered yesterday. The reply includes instructions for you to follow, so that we can change your IGN.

Chaosta i sent a ticket for my ign on my account. "Celtic*614*" as of now. bought a namechange and changed it to that. before that it was [HS]-Bread and nobody has replied to me. I've been patient. Please answer this for me =\

For the OP, I didn't answer their ticket personally. I checked, and saw that it was already answered.
