Unknown Error - Clan Creation

After filling out all the correct information for a clan I want to creat with the "CLAN" buttton in game on CrossFire; I receive a "Unknown Error" and the clan I asked to "OPEN" is not opened.

Are there any known fixes to this error?
if not...

It happens when you put a Space or an Invalid Character.

I was wondering what it was then did some tests

It can also occur if the introduction is using special characters, or improper words. Perhaps something in your introduction was setting off a word filter.
