Go ahead and play in NA 1 channel 7, if I'm not outdated it's still the asian channel.
You'll find plenty of kin there.
Sorry, that was a bit generalizing. You don't have to be friends with only Asians, figured it'd be a smoother transition is all.
Perhaps make a thread in the clan section looking for a clan, that'll get you on the way to find some friends for sure.
