Questions on the Support page

Hello everybody.

When do you ask z8 support team for something, you have to fill all fields with Questions before. But If you dont know any of these Questions how you can fill that fields. But z8 asking me only for 2 questions.
For Example: I want to get my Register mail
I know: date of registration, Security Question and 1 payment method. But ...
I don't know: register mail, register IP address and I spend money in game only once.

So I fill fields that I know, then send ticket and what happened? I got error because I didn't fill all the fields ... So how I can fill second payment method, Register mail and Register IP address if I DON'T KNOW that? I am asking support for this information. And they want to fill exactly the same question of me!

I hope into any GM will explain it to me ..
