When I launch CF....

So When I launch CF the whole x-trap thingy loads and all that then when the orange bar loads ( Orange and white thing I have no idea what's called) It goes up to 3% then gives me a error called ''W[2007] L[0]'' the whole thing is File is changed: W[2007] L[0] but I dunno if the ''File is changed'' part is important please help

I had to reinstall CF to fix this error, if there's a simpler way to do it I don't know about it. Once reinstalled the patcher would then give "failed to download patch file" error, but I just kept restarting CF and it eventually finished patching. I was able to log in successfully and play.
