He didn't. He left every room so more people could join. Thats why the name of the rooms were " Halloween Event "; " Halloween Event 1" and " Halloween Event 2 ". -

Well he restarted the same room twice, so don't tell me he never because I saw it with my own eyes, lmfao. After he did that I went to one of the other GM rooms on NA. -
