Get a screenshot of it next time it happens. The particular code it gives tells what's causing it. If it's 0:4:0:0 or 0:5:0:0 that's usually due to a bad connection to the server. It could be due to your internet provider throttling your connection speed or rerouting your connection to CF's servers momentarily for network maintenance, it may also be caused by other devices accessing the internet through the same router you're using but you should see a large spike in ping if either were the case. I experienced some server lag earlier but it was just in one ZM game, maybe it was due to the host's connection or something.

thanks! my internet sucks sooooo bad and it's 0:4:0:0 so i know whats causing it.
