X-Trap error. Please help!

I can't play CrossFire.
I have spent several hours trying to fix this error, reading lots of forums and trying every method but nothing is working.

X-Trap error:

10-0300-00000000-103
The access to X-Trap patch server is unstable or X-Trap wasn't able to run properly. Please, restart game.

Things I have done to try and fix it:
-Turned off my firewall
-Uninstalled my Anti-virus
-Turned off UAC
-Deleted the X-Trap folder
-Re-installed the game

My OS: Windows 7 Professional

Same problem here, it's incredible how many problems a game so popular like Crossfire can have, including hacks and so on... now it's even possible to just play the god damn game... it's time to pick an alternative.
