When will we get the TAR-21?

this weapon is from what i understand still in the development stages. i mean hasnt been fully released. but its suposed to have NO and i do mean NO recoil with interchangable round capabilitys. meaning it could fire the m16's 5.56 nato or the typical ak-47 round. no recoil from the fireing mechanizims<? (didnt spell that right i know) being in the stock. its also as accurate if not more then the m16. if this is ever added it will surely be better than the scar light.

thats because of bullpup configuration i think.
Also,another advantae over SL os obviously the scope and its small,more compact. I don't know about its power or Rof though.
