It really depends on what's your support ticket all about. There are tickets were they ( z8 ) limit themselves to copy and paste a text and there are tickets were they actually try to do something and they actually reply with something that actually helps. I once sent a ticket because of the FPS lag issues and they only replied 2 weeks after I sent it.

Dude ... they are not robots ... Just wait ! Look seriosly how much tickets they receive in the day ?!
and they work from monday : friday ( as they said on twitch)
They work so hard to answer all tickets ..
