Chargeback issue, ticket

I am so angry with crossfire support team , my account has been banned for chargeback which caused by a survey and they chargeback 4095 zp from crossfire and then crossfire banned me for chargeback, but when i contacted them like 12 days ago and they said that i have to pay back 4095 with prepaid card, so they will fix the acc
it has been 10 days since i sent the prepaid card details and still fncking waiting . Legit players like us should be treated better, unfortunately they dont ban hackers they only ban legit players like me, duck got banned to on cf eu so basically this game has not been made for legit players.
im sick of their support teams who cant manage ****

Something went wrong and you got your ZP but the company that provides the survey didn't pay for your ZP and now you owe 4095 ZP for z8games.


Honor ribbon won't be gone due to charge backs.

I guess they don't like receiving money via prepaid cards so they are mad now xD

yes i know i owe them and i sent prepaid card details which was 10$ so they could take whatever they wanted and i cant get your point !!!
and u say chargeback wont take honor ribbon yes it does which did mine,

My main account was banned due to charge back,the ban lasted for a full 100 days.
When i sent the ticket which included the E-PINs they replied to me in less than 1 hour and their reply was this >

As long as the account is closed honor ribbon will disappear when you pay the money.you will get it back.

100 Days as in the day you finally paid for the balance? Mine was permanently banned until I paid the charge back plus an additional 10 dollars...
