Ticket Delay
Hi everyone,
With our maintenance that is mentioned here http://forum.z8games.com/showthread.php?p=4109893&posted=1#post4109893, unfortunately a lot of our systems are down for the day.
Due to this, there will be a delay for tickets today, as there is a lot of information that is unavailable until our systems come back up.
Unfortunately it was not known until we got here this morning that these systems would be down.
We sincerely apologize for this delay.

hi i send my ticket on saturday .. its ok if there is delay but does it mean i must envoyer ticket again? like i must create more or its still saved with u? its kind of urgent for the responce its about my account. I accept the waiting its no problm but if you can view my ticket first when this is all over im most happy

We can't guarantee that your ticket will be first, as tickets are answered in the order they are received. Everyone's ticket is important.
You don't have to send the ticket again, unless the ticket is replied to telling you to do so.

Unfortunately the delay is extending through to this week, especially for account tickets.
For this, please accept our sincere apologies again, and please know that we are getting through them as quickly as possible.
I will update this thread again when we are a little more on schedule, just to keep everyone updated and informed. -
Does it mean this week Support Ticket about accounts will not be answering because im waiting since last monday morning from a answer from the z8games staff its making me frustrating ..
I understand that it can be frustrating - but it's not as if we are actively trying to NOT answer tickets.
The tickets are being worked through as quickly as possible, in the order that they were submitted.
It is unusual for tickets to be backed up this much, so we ask for, and would appreciate, your patience with tickets. -
