Joining a clan problem

when i want to join a clan it says(there where i must to say something then apply" "Could not find your account information, please contact us,or try later." and if i press that "APPLY" button it says "Could not find your information." Please help me.

It probably be a database problem with the website. Try refreshing a few times and it might work. Otherwise try it later
