Blue screen of dead Windows XP

So yester day i got Blue screen of dead... i was playing Crossfire and then its just freez, 2 sec after i got Blue screen of dead, i just restarted cause i was thinking that it was just some bad luck... but i got blue screen of dead when it loaded Windows Xp, so i couldt come in to Windows... so i need to restore my system and delete all my files... now im scared of trying to play Crossfire... does any one know if i was crossfire that could cause the problem??? cause its was 2 timed i tryied it...

Usually a bluescreen error is the result of either bad hardware or bad device drivers. If you can tell me the exact STOP error number that comes up as well as any files that are mentioned, I may be able to help track down the problem.

The stop code

i cant remember the stop code...

But it said that I shuld disable my anti-virus program and defragment and all kind of stuff... but i could't cause i wasent able to come on my windows but i searce and some peapel got the same problem its Stop 0x00000024
