when i try to install AfterEffects this problem appear and dont insult and the time to left start go high !

Try installing the redist manually first.


I'd say you'd be better off asking on one of the hundreds of Adobe-specialized forums on the interwebs, or Adobe themselves.


Unless it's a pirated version of course, then it's different.
