Why all of my Hackreporttickets are Open !?

its over 2 Months ago i wrote 5 Hackreporttickets and they are unreaden.
and than you all promising all time that we ban the Hackers. but i dont see it in any way.

Doesnt seem they do anything about it...

Hack reports are usually left open or closed, never personally replied to like "Now we've banned the guy you reported" cause it'd take too much time, and other reasons.

Doesn't mean they're unread.

Alot of my hack reports are closed and responded with either "Reviewed report" or "Verified player was using an aimbot and wallhacking, via replays."

all my reports are good to see they hacked...
most of them still not banned and still got their H.S. ribbon lol

Woops, my information might be outdated, I haven't reported anyone in.. a while. Guess they got some time to spare. Good times.

Mhm, you're not first in line.
If you're obsessing about the 2 year old tickets, they've been misplaced and you should obviously resubmit them, not keep them as a reason for complaint when you feel like it.

Well 3 weeks past and all reports are open. I see how it is, send even ticket about it, got no answer. I guess it's another game that don't care about this problem. They say ,,they are working on it" etc. but sh!t i dont see any progress and tbh i saw many brilliant ideas on forums how to prevent atleast part of that rotten community (botters,cheaters). And later some smartasses will tell u to enjoy the game have fun etc. well thats quite difficult in long term. There must be something behind hacking problem since i see thats the main problem in many games and no1 is doing anything.
