Well they don't work during the weekends and have a massive load of support tickets also they have a separate team of staff to add content. The people answering our tickets do that, monitor the game and host events. -

Of course. But they are all a part of Z8Games Administration which I "vaguely" mentioned above... "Well they don't work during the weekends..." Uh, it's Friday as of now, still a weekday, I don't get it. -

I'm basically saying that since they don't work on weekends they have less time to answer these tickets and they have to thoroughly investigate each support ticket so you can only imagine how long it takes. Then on top of that they have a bunch of support tickets to answer to get to yours and they have other duties such as monitoring in-game to find hackers. But seeing the hacker situation instead of the event part they should leave it to the community and focus on monitoring the game more but a lot of people ask for GMs to be involved in events, so yeah... -

Everybody (in the public staff) reads tickets.
Of course I don't know which kind of ticket you're referring to - hack reports are never responded to, event-related tickets may be put on hold because people submit them before the prize distribution or whatever is even finished - the turnaround time on properly filed, "real" (account issues etc) tickets is less than 48 hours.
