I'm sure it doesn't seem like it to you, but the servers are generally very stable, they're in locations with extremely reliable infrastructure.

But that does not speak to the connection between YOU and the server, which isn't something that has anything to do with the server, really.
You say your normal ping is 120, from which one might deduce you're far from the server to begin with - south of Italy, east of Ukraine in the case of UK servers.

A lot can happen between Egypt and Germany, or Russia and Germany, or Hawaii and Canada or Mississippi and Toronto. The further you get, the more can happen that influences your ping directly.
It is not Z8Games responsibility to keep every cable between you and a country in line, every router powered and every port properly configured.

One could of course argue that if there is marketing, direct or indirect, a company also has a responsibility for quality of service, but that's a moral argument.

TLDR; Your ping will never be stable.

Im here at UAE... well i experienced this ping issues after the patch.... I'm very frustrated I'm sorry if i say anything.... this is one of the games I'm very confident in rising... if its out of your control its alright.. bec. 10MB of net can't give that kind of ping.. I'll ask my provider though.. thanks for the response.. :)

Ping isn't bandwidth, my ping isn't 24 because I have a 100/100mbps connection, it's 24 because my provider is top notch with fiber connection pretty much from my basement to backbone.

Your ping won't get better if you double your bandwidth to 20.
It might get slightly better because you become prioritized with your ISP, but distance is still distance and poor infrastructure is still poor infrastructure.

TLDR: Your ping will never be good.
  • My ping increased +90 after the update,i have reported to my ISP about Dc's and will see that if it was my issue or the servers.
