Scouting for people

I am not sure about this but i decided i will post,
I want to find a group of 5 including me that are hungry for success and have the desire to improve. I really don't care how bad you are, i am looking for a group who is loyal and has the desire and will to improve and won't stop until they win. The fact is, if you are willing to improve and you want to be great character trumps talent any day. If i can find the right people to start this journey with, the right people that will listen and not give up i want to make a team that will go to the next level.

If you really want to get better, you really know that this is exactly what you want and you want it bad then feel free to come talk to me. I don't mean to make this a motivational thread or anything, and it might seem weird to some reading this..

If you are 110% serious about getting better at this game, and you won't take no for an answer, contact me. If i can find 5 people with the same exact mindset i believe we can become the best. It's going to take a lot of dedication and a lot of heart.

I don't care how 'unkown' you are, what rank you are, or you're skill level. The only thing i care about is your character, because some people's talent will take them places that their character won't keep them.

5 people with the same mindset, and the same desire, anything's possible.

The only thing i am afraid of is that none of you want it bad.. You just 'kinda' want it.

Also, just a reminder, success doesn't happen over night. I am looking for people willing to practice day after day for months with the same vision and drive day in and day out, quietly practicing your game looking for no recognition and knowing that your time will come with patience.
