As you may heard or know Ability

We were once legends but I feel like we are slipping off the ice
We used to beat the best clans like wearelegion easy
And lcas and triumph

But now.. I feel like we are doing really bad

I think
I should kick those below average out but than our clan
Need to recruit more but
Now days no one needs clan and will be hard

Any suggestion plz post below anything will help
I've been thinking to kick those sucky ones out

Can't really do nothing, a lot of people quit CrossFire.. not that many options.

Just leave these 'below average' players, you get more clan points !

The ego is real. To my knowledge WAL isn't as active as they used to be and Triumph and LCAs have beaten you the majority of the times you've clashed with them, least when I play.

As for the inactivity, kick the inactives or people that don't interact and make a cp requirement to cause more playing.

Why not train those players to become better? If your clan is so "good" to beat those pub clans, that means you have to have some kind of DECENT members right?

Get them togehter ( On weekends or whenever ) and start training them.

Headshot only TDMS for aiming ( Ship or Cairo is best )

then go over strats / spots / nades.

Help them get better.

I mean it's a pub clan, and pub clans are usually for fun, but maybe SOME of your players would be interested. so yeah train them if they have the dedication..

If not, there's nothing more you can really do, just offer it?

I do but u know if u try to recruit some players they either say no or yes and don't apply

And it's hard finding members since there are no decent gamers everyone is in a top 200 clan or all noobs that can't aim

But I'm working harder than ever

Should I just remove my clan and try and join one? To perhaps better my communication and grow a bit more?

As for Ability, you don't have to brag about what clans you have beaten, because that makes your image worse. For both of what we know, my clan beat yours, and you don't see me talking about it. Put it to perspective for those top clans. Just a pointer.

Yeah Ability has beaten both, but Triumph and LCAs always reclaim a win or two after. Especially Triumph.

It's clan server, everyone has armor even Ability if they dont wanna admit it. It's part of the game, no one ever complains about armor when try hard asian clans have them on. Truth.
