Payment problems

I paid 8 days ago, via buddieshops (payment option was paypal), and still havent got my zp. I sent few hours after deposit a support ticket, asking where is my zp, and havent responded for 8 days. After that i waited few days, still nothing, then again a ticket, no response. Can somebody pls answer me, why aren't they replying to my ticket? Am i robbed and will i get my zp.

the same thing happened to me last week u can teel me where can i send a support tiket?

u need to go to tab support, then on right side will be option web form, that is your ticket

please, someone answer

btw, wich gm should i contact, since nobody is answering to my tickets

if ur using paypal dont pay via buddieshops just use the paypal payment method
