i got the wrong event prize

i got mg3 and ktr crates however i played 13h and 30m i think i deserve axe crates pls reply gms because i ca'nt submit a ticket it tells me "invaild department ID specified; please select a valid department." pls help me

you just have to wait until tommorow , after event finish you have to wait 48 hours , for exeample .... you finish the event with 4 and 8 hours you got today 5 crater for 4 hours + 5 crater more for other 4 hours , and if the event with 12 hours ended yesterday , yesterday and until now is only 24 hours so exactly wait until tomorrow when they do 48 hours
