1v1 Pocket Change Tournament
Lets see how this goes.
I would like to try a small pay to play tournament. The reason for doing this is to get an understanding of how this may play out for larger tournaments and to add some excitement.
The idea is to have a registration fee that all participating players will need to use to be able to play. To start this off there will be a 1v1 tournament with a $1 sign up. The collected prize will all go to the winner of the event. So if 20 people sign up, the winner will receive $20. Remember to more people that play, the more you could win!
Date: Friday 9/26/2014
Time: 8PM EST
Where: NA5, Channel 8
Rules: Follow current meta rules as used by ESG and ESL. GP Only, Armor will be allowed.
Room Making: Each room with be titled with the players name (player A vs player

- Set room options to "Time" for "5 Minutes"
- 0 second respond
- 1st Person POV
- Rooms will be password protected
At the end of each match players must screen shot the end results of the match and post it in here for verification.
Registration: In order for you to play you must use the 2 follow links. One is directed to the the tournament brackets and the other is to pay your retry fee. Sign up stops at 7:30PM EST.

I don't think people are going to enter a $1 tourney, especially those who would have to signup for paypal to literally give you $1 to enter. Either provide a prize or make it $5-10 entry so that the few people who enter actually want to win and think its worth playing.
