Playing with 200 FPS but it feels like 30-40 hue

Pretty sure that everyone is already aware that the game is having FPS errors ( as usual from Z8 ) since the last "Rockets and revolvers " patch.
The thing is : I play with 200 FPS + but it feels like I am playing with 30-40. I ALT+TAB and it goes to normal ( still a lil bit laggy than usual but playable ). BUT I use Shadow Play to record my games ( Nvidia 650 ) and if I ALT + TAB the recording stops and in order to get back to recording the gameplay I need to leave the room / match and rejoin causing the FPS error again.

So is there any solution for this without having to ALT+TAB? Been missing some cool frags from scrims that would look nice on montage ;-;
Maybe if I change my name to ahmed_mido they will help me out? ( HUE I am kidding )

Already sent a ticket and they asked for my PC specs. Still waiting for answer.
