I noticed there was no option ingame to turn off mouse acceleration. Is there a way to toggle only the raw input of my mouse?

disable it in control panel you disable in explorer only not in games
you need to use "MarkC Windows 8.1 + 8 + 7 Mouse Acceleration Fix"
if you want best precision in aiming use it
