Coupons can be seen in the Black Market (Own Crates) tab.
They are used to get unique weapons in exchange for an X ammount of coupons.

well it is when you go to black-market. then goto owned crates and on the bottom you will see an coupon icon. if you have 100 coupons you cant get anymore unless you spend them.
