Zp purcahse with credit card

I purchased zp with the credit card, it was successful the first time but than a random error appeared and my card wasnt charged and I never recieved the zp (obviously). Anyways now every time I try and purchase the zp I get the same error over and over again. If any of you can help me it would be appreaciated. I sent a ticket out but you know how long it takes them to respond. The error I keep getting is "This transaction has been voided, your card will not be charged. Reason: Failed to pass security validations." This is all I get now, every time I try

same thing is happening to me but it didnt charge me. website is acting up we just got to wait try again tomorrow and see if the website is working normally

Your card probably got locked because you've been spending a lot recently. Call the number on your credit card. They'll probably ask you to verify recent transactions and then unlock it again.

Is also very possible that all online transactions to require a suplementary password (not only credit card number , owner name and back card cod) to validate any online transactions - usually that password is set by the credit card owner at first online transaction made after that policy are introduced by the bank.

P.S. So if you are the owner of the credit card - there is no problem - just call your bank , if is not your credit card - then bye bye no more ZP

You're wrong, it's Z8 games. I just calles my bank and they said there wasn't anything wrong.

i got the same issue, and paypal works for me. Theres nothing wrong with my credit card.
