stuck on login screen but its not frozen?

i just moved into my new college, tried to log in and its just doesn't go into the server select screen. when i put my user and pass in and click the login/enter key it just changes its color (which i believe means its trying to log in). but what gives? any suggestions? is it the college wifi? (i can play any other game. runescape, combat arms, warface, battlefield 3 + 4 but this one) is it my computer or the crossfire servers? plz help!

What ping do you get in other games ?
It's seems the problem is your college wifi because many students are using wifi(if it's true in your case) and when you lag,it takes time to display log in screen.

my ping at home is usually in between 90-200 depending on the day/where i am in the house. and i left it on the login screen to see if it take s a couple min.... i left it for 10min
still nothing, i also tried hardwire to the wall ( ethernet port in the college dorm) still i dont get nothing
