Laggy Screen ?

hi guys,

my normal fps between 90~110 but screen act like 20 fps ?
it`s make wired lag and increased when i moves quickly for QS in sniper for example
is that normal specially after last update ?

Yeah it's happening to alot of people, I have 200+ fps all the time, but it feels like 30 fps. I found that this happened mostly in the bridge map however it was in present at some points regardless of what map I played.

i solved it ! .. when i join any game the screen lags .. then i ALT+TAP to any application or desktop then i return back to game the fps is normall and no screen lag

I'm also with this problem, I have 100 fps and lag ..
