i mean the moderator close the thread depending on what?

They own the forum.If your thread got deleted,you have no rights to ask why.Post it again and you will be infracted.
Some kind mods write a reason be4 they close it.But most of them love to see you upset after getting your discussion ended no where because he closed/deleted it.
