ShotGun Ribbon FAIL

Hey,
I just wanted to ask for more in formation (fast information)

I got like 40 hours ago my 5th Shotgun.
Now i am waiting for my Shotgun ribbon to get, but i still didnt get it.

Now i checked my weapons on my profile website, and the 870P shotgun doesnt appear on the website.

Is this the reason why i dont get the ribbon ?
Ingame i have 5 shotguns and website profile only shows 4 shotguns.
I sended in a ticket but i still didnt get a responds onit.

Any1 know this problem and can share the help they got?

You really think Z8Games have added this new shotgun to the ribbon?! - Dream more... they are so lazy, maybe write a support ticket this is better as to wait here in the forum where noone official answer.
