Uhh?

So i made a long technical issue support ticket with 2 screenshots yesterday and i come on today and find it deleted, like not moved to old tickets like deleted entirely i can't find any history of it even being submitted, but i am positive 110% that i did in fact submit it. So.... Why is it deleted? Confused >.<

Cuz maybe many people already sent a ticket with the same problem and they know about it already

90% of the time when i open my crossfire launcher it is not responding, the only fix is to restart my pc or re download crossfire, and after that it opens about once or twice if im lucky and then goes back to not responding everytime i try to open it.
